Use Our Online Reservation System to Reserve Facilities
Step 2: Apply to become a requester.
Step 3: Wait for your requester approval email.
Step 4: Once approved as a requester, log in to your account to place facilities requests. All week day reservation requests not made during the open scheduling period should be made at least one week prior to the event to properly schedule staff.
Step 5: Wait for an email of approval/denial of your facilities request. To check on the status of your request, log in to your account and click on the request history tab.
Step 6: When a request has been approved, an electronic contract will be sent to the requester. Sign the electronic contract with the pin you created during your account registration.
Step 7: All non-school outside user groups must provide a certificate of liability insurance with minimum coverage of $2 million aggregate and $1 million single occurrence and naming the Sun Prairie Area School District as additional insured. Contact us to check on the status of your liability insurance. To submit your current liability insurance, attach it to your requester application or email it.
